Step 1 - Connect to your portal. Create a new Activity Report using “+ Create New” button.
Step 2 - Select the Mission you want to declare the Activity Report for.
Step 3 - Declare your Hours / Days worked. Put comments to explain what you did.
Note: it is possible to declare partial hours.
Step 4 - Upload your invoice.
Note : If you don’t have a tool to generate your invoices yet, use the free invoicing tool given by our partner Indy.
Note : Don’t forget to select if you’re eligible to VAT, and to write the number of your invoice.
Step 5 - If you have expense reports to declare, declare them. For each expense, attach the receipts.
Step 6 - Final Step: Submit your monthly Activity Report to your Referent for review.
Step 7 - Once your Activity Report is approved, Finance Team will get notified and send your payment, and you’ll get notified by email when payment is gone! 💰
