This article describe how you can sync your store analytics with FollowAnalytics
If you want to synchronize FollowAnalytics and your store accounts (Google Play Store, Apple Store) you must follow the steps described below. It will enable FA to gather all your downloads data to enrich your FollowAnalytics platform.
Linking FollowAnalytics to the Apple Store :
To get started, you first need to log in to your App store account https://appstoreconnect.apple.com. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the following page App Store Connect: (see screenshot)
Choose from the menu :
Users and Access > Keys > Create Key (+)
A pop-up will be displayed (see screenshot)
Choose the name of your API Key
Choose the type of access by selecting : App Manager and Sales & Reports
Click on Generate
Congratulations 🎉 ! You have generated your Key ID and Private ID
⚠️ Note : The private Key must be downloaded, be sure to save it, as it is unique. You can open it in any application.
Now we need also the Vendor ID, in order to access it you have to go back to the connect app store by following the steps described below:
Click on Payment & Financial Reports
The Vendor ID is on the top left (see capture).
Copy the number following " Vendor # "
Congratulations 🎉 ! You have your Vendor ID.
Finally, you will need the Issuer ID, to do this follow these steps:

On the table that appears on your screen you will find a Issuer ID line, example: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Click on "Copy"
Congratulations 🎉 ! You have your Issuer ID
Linking FollowAnalytics to Google Play Store
`To begin, you must first log in to your Google Play Console account which is the name of your entity, and add this adresse email : reportscollector@ggl-play-reports-251014.iam.gserviceaccount.com with the following accesses (see screenshot)
Once your entity is selected, follow the steps described below :
You are now logged into the Dev Account ....
On your left menu select: Download Reports
Click on Reviews
A new page is displayed (see screenshot)
on the top right click on "Copy cloud Storage URL
Copy the URL only what is between " ": gs://
"pubsite_xxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"/reviews
Congratulations 🎉 ! You have your Direct reports URLs
When you have collected all this information(Issuer ID, Vendor ID, Direct reports URLs...) send it to your CSM.
