We do not plan to bring Fontself Maker to CS6, CS5 or earlier versions of the Creative Suite due to technical challenges.
You need at least Illustrator CC 2015.3 or Photoshop CC 2015.5 to run Fontself, and it is actually optimized for CC 2017, CC 2018, CC 2019 and beyond ;-)
