Step 1: Set a Clear Campaign Goal

Start by thinking about what you want this campaign to do for your business. Ask yourself:

  • Are you trying to bring more people into your location?

  • Do you need beautiful content to use on your social channels or website?

  • Would authentic reviews or testimonials help build trust?

Your goal will shape who you target, what you offer, and what kind of content you’ll ask for. The more specific your goal, the better your results will be.

Step 2: Choose the Right Influencers

Now it’s time to find creators who are the right fit. Use the Location and Follower Count filters to narrow your search.

Scroll through profiles to see:

  • What their content looks like

  • Who their audience is

  • If their tone and aesthetic match your brand

We suggest running multiple campaigns for different tiers of influencers:

  • Nano creators (under 10K followers): Great for local engagement and high authenticity

  • Micro/Macro creators (10K+ followers): Strong reach and often more polished content

Trying different tiers can help you compare results and learn what works best for your business.

Step 3: Offer a Fair and Enticing Incentive

Influencers know their worth. To get the best results — and build a positive reputation — your offer should reflect the value of their work.

Here’s what typically works:

  • Nano influencers: Often happy with store credit (e.g. a free meal, drinks, or product)

  • Micro/Macro influencers: Usually expect a combination of store credit + cash compensation

💡 Pro tip: Avoid lowball offers. They often lead to low acceptance rates or lower-quality content. A strong incentive attracts motivated creators and better posts.

Step 4: Create a Clear Campaign Brief

This is your chance to explain exactly what you'd like the influencer to do. A good brief saves time and leads to better content.

Include:

  • What to highlight (e.g. "Feature our new spring menu" or "Mention our weekday happy hour")

  • Calls to action (e.g. "Tag us in your Story" or "Encourage followers to visit this week")

  • Content style preferences (e.g. “Bright, casual vibes” or “Include a close-up of the dish”)

You can also upload a brand guide or sample photos to make it even easier.

Step 5: Submit and Monitor

Once your campaign is set:

  • Review your goal, incentive, influencer list, and brief

  • Click Submit

  • Expect responses from creators within 24 hours

If you don’t get as many responses as expected, don’t worry — this often means the incentive needs a small tweak. Try increasing the value or rephrasing the offer.
