1. Avoid moving items around in the fridge or taking items in and out while the door is open

First make your selection from the fridge screen or your app. Once you know what you want, take your items straight out of the fridge in one go. Close the door to confirm your selection.

2. Make sure you close the door after you pick your items

That’s what allows the checkout to happen. If the door is not properly closed, you might be charged items taken by the next person (as they would use your account).

3. Don’t keep picked items too close to the fridge when checking out

The fridge might think that these items are still inside the fridge.
