When you see "Checkin" in your reward tracking, it means that our reward management API is not properly linking with your machine's performance.

Good news:

Your machine is operating normally. No worries—your rewards will still be allocated as expected.

Once the API issue is resolved, any "Checkin" occurrences are always compensated with the appropriate rewards. You can verify this in your monthly summary.

Additionally, we have improved our reward management API, which should significantly reduce future Checkin occurrences on your account.

We appreciate your patience and your feedback on this issue, which we have now largely resolved.
