Over time, many of us have found ourselves juggling multiple email accounts—and managing several inboxes can be a real challenge.

That's why Forage lets you connect all your Gmail accounts to one Forage account, syncing your preferences and custom rules across every inbox.

Here’s a quick overview of how it works:

Connect Your Gmail Accounts to Forage

  1. Log in: Access your existing Forage account and head over to Account.

  2. Add an Account: Click Add Account and sign in with Google to grant access. Repeat with each account you want to connect.

  3. Get Started: Once connected, Forage will summarize your last 24 hours of emails based on your preferences and send your first daily summary—just like when you connected your first account.

One Daily Summary Per Inbox

You will receive a personalized daily summary for each connected inbox. Your saved preferences and rules apply uniformly across all accounts, keeping you informed without the clutter.

Nickname Your Accounts

Easily distinguish your accounts by assigning them unique nicknames. This small tweak declutters the interface and makes it simple to identify each inbox at a glance. It's the little things ✨

Filter Your Home Screen by Account

Your Home screen displays emails auto labeled by Forage over the past 24 hours, with new filtering options to view emails from specific accounts.

By default, all connected accounts are shown, but you can narrow your view with the filter menu for better organization.

Need to Merge Accounts?

If you’ve been using separate Forage accounts for each email address and would like to consolidate them into one, simply reply to this email or drop us a message in our in-app support chat.
