What does this feature do?

Stage Durations allow you to delay the time it takes for a lead to become a customer.

Why should I care?

If your customer acquisition strategy incorporates sales cycles then stage durations are how these sales cycles are represented within the financial model.

Where can I find it?

Stage Durations can only be found within the customer acquisition section of the Assumptions Page. When opening the drawer for an object within the customer acquisition page you will need to “add conversion stage” where you can then find the stage duration toggle by clicking the 3 dot menu then “edit” located next to the duration stage.

How should I use it?

Stage durations have one function, to delay the time before a lead becomes a customer, which will ordinarily occur within the same month by the model’s default logic.
