Start from zero to hero and build your own page from scratch!
Forento website pages have a common set layout with a Header, Body, and Footer.

Everything you need to create a custom layout is located on the Left Panel.

  • Elements or widgets to build your own blocks

  • Predesigned Blocks to save time

  • Effects to visually enhance your content

  • Colors to create your website color theme

  • Preview option to see how your website looks to public

  • And a Progress Bar to figure out your next steps to further improve your site

Elements

The platform is built around drag and drop features, so you simply need to choose the desired element from the Elements section and drop it wherever you like. You can undo the changes through the Ctrl+Z Windows shortcut or Command+Z if you are a Mac user.

The grey lines display the element placement.

The elements can be set in either full or grid width - it can either fill the whole screen or just the central part of your page. Use the controllers to change the element's width.

To have the elements located in the center of your block - grid width style - move them to the central part and use the grey line to indicate their placement.

If you want a particular element in full width, drop the desired element to the right or left sides of your sections.

Headers and Footers

The Header block is the top block of your site, meaning you should place the most important elements, such as your logo or your site navigation bar. Use the Footer to add your contact information, social icons, or a subscription form.

Please note, that the blocks are fixed for all the pages unless you change the Page Visibility.

Furthermore, you can also add predesigned blocks from the Blocks section. Just choose the Block type and drag and drop it to your Header or Footer area.

  • Keep in mind that the width for the given blocks is fixed but once you’ve used a certain block, you can change its width using the pointer.

!Note: Forento is not being tested on IE, so we don't guarantee a 100% website performance on this browser. We highly recommend switching to Safari, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc. to avoid any technical issues.
