To change the Forma Pilates app settings, tap the Settings or Profile icon at the lower right corner of the screen. You can manage the following settings:
Display Name - This is your account's display name on the seller's site
App settings
Enable light or dark theme - Switch between a light or dark background in the app.
Hide resume watching row - Show or hide the Resume row that appears at the top of the Explore tab.
Stream quality - Set the default quality that you'd like videos to play back at when you stream them.
Manage account
Manage subscription - If you subscribed from the app, this opens the settings to manage your subscription from your device settings.
