If you have not purchased Forma Pilates or have not subscribed yet, you will need to create a new account.
If you have an account on WEB go to Forma Pilates login page
1. Enter your email address associated with your subscription
3. Click Next button
4. On the next page, enter your confirmation code that you get on your email and click Sign In.
5. You will then be logged in to watch your purchased/rented/subscribed video content
On your mobile app
Tap Log in button
2. Enter your email address associated with your IOS subscription
3. On the next page, enter your confirmation code that you get on your email and click Sign In.
Please add 'no-reply@formapilates.app' to your contact list to ensure messages from us do not end up in your spam folder.
3. You will then be logged in to watch your purchased/rented/subscribed video content
