Important Note

Converting a Tag Page to a Bundle Page cannot be done directly using the same URL while the tag page is live.

It is only possible if:

  • The Tag Page is unpublished first

  • The new Bundle Page is then published using the original URL

So make sure the new Bundle Page is ready for publishing before you unpublish the Tag Page.

Step 1: Create the New Bundle Page

  • Create a new Bundle Page in Copilot

  • Configure layout, containers, and content modules.

  • Ensure all content added to containers is tagged with your tag word (for example, Fashion).

  • Add any required metadata (SEO title, description, etc.)

Step 2: Preview

  • Preview the Bundle Page

Step 3: Unpublish the Existing Tag Page

  • Unpublish the existing tag page.

  • Confirm the URL is now free

Step 4: Let Team Members Know

Before publishing:

  • Inform your brand’s SEO manager or anyone from the SEO team.

  • Inform someone from the Ad Tech team

They need confirmation on:

  • Final URL

  • Channel to use (or no channel)

  • Required tags to meet ad requirements

Proceed only after alignment.

Step 5: Publish the Bundle Page Using Original URL

  • Assign the original Tag Page URL to the new bundle page.

  • Publish the Bundle Page

  • Verify live rendering

Errors & Considerations

  • Publishing a bundle without unpublishing the tag will cause a URL conflict.
