Written by Rakshitha Asileti
Updated over a week ago

Editors can now apply Content Header layout options to Galleries, just like they already can for Articles.

This new capability allows you to control how the story image/Story Video and title appear on the live site - giving you more visual flexibility and creative control.

This update makes gallery stories more visually expressive and aligned with the tone and impact of the content.

Where to Find It

  1. Open or create a Gallery in the Copilot.

  2. Scroll to the newly added Content Header section.

  3. This section appears above the Taxonomy section in the Gallery form.

How to Choose a Layout

Within the Content Header section:

  1. Locate the Page Layout section under Content Header

  2. Choose your preferred layout style by clicking on it .

  3. Save and publish (or preview) to see how it appears on the live site.

The available layout options are the same as those for Articles. You can choose from layout variations such as: Text Overlay, Video/Image to right /left

Each layout adjusts:

  • Placement of the title

  • Positioning of the hero image

  • Text alignment

  • Overall visual emphasis

You would be able to see the preview of the layout right next to the layouts

This would appear on live site as below

Summary

Editors now have full control over Gallery header presentation, just like Articles. By selecting the right Content Header layout, you can enhance visual storytelling and better match the presentation to your editorial intent.
