If you need help, please reach out to us via the Copilot Chat Widget (the bubble at the bottom right of your screen). Our Product Support teams operate an on-call service between Saturday 4am (UK) / 11pm (EST) to Monday 3.30am (UK) / 10:30PM (EST). During these hours we will respond to all inquiries via the chat bubble.

If you have an urgent issue during the weekend please create a ticket with a detailed explanation of your issue via the Global Support Portal and then contact the team by emailing [productsupport.escalation@condenast.com] with the ticket number. This mailbox is linked to a paging system that will immediately alert the team on call who will respond to your issue.
