Uploading and editing photo's in Copilot is rather simple.

There are two ways to upload images:

  • Upload photos to your asset finder

  • Upload photos within the Rich Text Editor.

How to Upload & Edit to your asset finder:

  1. Select "Create" at the top right of Copilot

  2. Scroll down to "Asset" and select "Photo"

  3. From there you can drag and drop a photo or browse from desktop

  4. You will then be taken to the photo content type page where you can fill in all the important fields.

  5. To crop the image: scroll down to "Crops" and select an asset ratio that fits best.

How to Upload and Edit in the Rich Text Editor:

  1. Select "Create" at the top right of Copilot

  2. Select "Article" and create a new article or from template

  3. Scroll down to the body field and hit the + icon

  4. From there you can select asset button and upload from the library of photos.

  5. Once in the body you can choose the size of the image within the Body field.

Note: you can only select size not crop in the body field. Additionally, check with your brand manager about max file sizes for images.
