For preview, Copilot makes a call to the brand site to show you the site page. If you see the white Copilot preview bar at the top of the preview page, that means Copilot is making the call, but that the brand site is not responding. In that case, please contact your product manager and/or brand engineering team.

If you do not see the Copilot preview bar, then Copilot is experiencing a preview bug of it's own. Please reach out to Copilot support.
