What to do if your changes to published content aren't reflected on the brand site

Changes made in Copilot typically aren't reflected on the brand site until the cache is cleared. This is not instant, but should only take a few minutes.

If its been more than a few minutes you have a few options:

  1. Contact your brand product manager for assistance.

  2. Let the support team know via the chat bubble.

  3. Copy/Paste the URL to our self-service cache busting tool.

    Note: You must be connected to the VPN to use this tool.
