We hold bi-monthly training sessions for Copilot in which you learn the basics of how to use Copilot and get familiar with the application. This is a great intro to Copilot session for new users and is brand-agnostic. For brand-specific information, you should speak with your manager and be trained by someone on your team.
How to sign up for a Copilot Training Session:
Login to Copilot
Click the question mark icon "?" on the top right
From there you will see a dropdown menu
Select "Training Session sign-up"
If you don't have a login to Copilot, you can sign up for a training session via this form. An invitation to the training with more details will be sent in advance of the session.
