How do I delete my content?

Learn how to hide content in Copilot

We don't have a delete button in Copilot but we do have a "Hide" button.

Hiding content from the content shell:

On the content page click the overflow menu and select Hide from Search. This will remove the content from your Home Page, all search pages, and the asset finder.

A warning message will ask you to confirm your decision. Click confirm.

If the piece of content you're looking at has been hidden from search a banner at the top of the page will inform you and give you the option to restore the content.

Hiding content from the search page:

  1. Find your content within the search page

  2. Click the check box on the right side of the content title

  3. Select "Hide from Search"

Hiding will remove your content from the main search and also from the asset finder search. This way, your hidden content cannot accidentally be published.

How do I unhide something?

  1. Search for your content and select the "more" filter and select "hidden."

  2. Click "Show in Search" and your content will once again appear in search!
