To syndicate an article or gallery from an external partner, start by creating a new article or gallery in Copilot.
Use the text and assets from the external partner's website and fill in the fields necessary to recreate the article or gallery to publish on your brand's site.
Change the Content Source to External Partner. See example below.
4. Then canonical URL field will appear within the SEO section. Add the canonical URL to the field.
The canonical URL is the story URL from the external partner website (for example: https://www.voguehk.com/article/this-is-the-slug), and is necessary to add so that the story is properly attributed to the external partner, even though it's published on your site with your brand's unique URL structure.
