You can filter content by many options, to do this click the ‘Filter’ button to the top right of the content results list. This will trigger the filters panel to open where you can view available filters and begin to ‘refine’ the content list in any way you require.

In the filters panel there are currently the following options for you to filter by:

  1. Date Range

  2. People (any person assigned to the content (e.g. editors, writers and photographers)

  3. Medium (Digital or Print)

  4. Network (where the lead market intends this content to be used)

  5. Original / Adaptation (is the content an original/lead story or is it an adaptation)

  6. Status (the current status for example: active, scheduled, published, killed or any custom status for your brand, market and medium)

  7. Commissioned/Non-Commissioned (content contains either type of contributor)

  8. Category (the primary category for the content). This will display the categories for Brand(s) and Market(s) selected separated by Medium.

Choose the filters you wish to apply and then click the ‘Apply & Close’ button at the bottom right of the filters panel. This will close the filters panel and load the results in the content list based on the filters applied. If you wish to clear all applied filters you can do so from the filters panel by clicking the ‘Clear All’ button at the bottom right of the filters panel.

Once the results have loaded you will see each filter applied as a ‘chip value’ above the content list.

Each of these filters can be removed one by one if you need to adjust your results or you can click the ‘Clear All’ button to the right of the ‘chip values’ to remove all filters applied (the same as doing so from the filters panel) and return the list to all content in the brand(s) and market(s) selected in the header.
