To create a new ‘content record’ either click the blue ‘Add Content’ button in the header or the blue ‘Add Content to Plan’ button at the bottom right of the planning page (we’ll cover the latter in detail later).


This will open a new content creation page ready for you to enter the details of your story in the ‘Content Settings’ section.


The mandatory fields you need to fill out to successfully ‘Save’ a new content record are:

  1. Content Name*

  2. Brand and Market* (pre-filled for you based on your brand and market)

  3. Workday Owner* (pre-filled for you)

  4. Medium*

  5. Plan* (if adding content from within a plan this is pre-filled for you)

  6. Publish Date* (if content is set for print medium the publish date is pre-filled from the print plan data)

Once you have done this and clicked ‘Save’ the content will be saved and assigned to the ‘Plan’ you set in the ‘Content Settings’ section.
