Sending Content to Copilot

If your content is set as digital for the medium, you will notice a ‘Send to Copilot’ button to the top right of the ‘Content Settings’ section. This will be disabled until there are one or many ‘Image Assets’ returned from Intake Portal for a contributor.

Once the ‘Send to Copilot’ button is enabled you can click it and a modal prompt will appear asking you to confirm the ‘Send to Copilot’ action.

NOTE: If you have not filled out a Copilot title in the ‘Content Settings’ section under the Medium > Digital form, when you click the ‘Send to Copilot’ button the modal prompt will ask you to provide a Copilot title before you can proceed to send to Copilot and create an article shell with the content data and assets added.

Once you have provided the missing Copilot title and clicked the ‘Send to Copilot’ button the modal will disappear and a notification will appear with a success message, and the Copilot title entered will be saved and visible in the ‘Content Settings’ section.
