Creating Digital Plans

To create a digital plan click the ‘Plan Content’ button to the right hand side of the header. This will trigger the drop down, then click the ‘Create New Plan’ button at the bottom right of the drop down.

You will be presented with some details required for your plan before you can save it. Plan Name (this can be anything descriptive and will be prefixed with Campaign: automatically when saved). Type is pre-set to digital and is the only option available for plan creation at time of writing. Planning Period can be a day or date range of your choosing and should cover the publish dates of the content that will be added to the plan. Workday Platform Code and Workday Product Code will be populated automatically for you.

Click the ‘Save Plan’ button and you will be navigated to the newly created ‘Plan Page’.
