If you ever need to present your screen and hide sensitive financial data you can turn on presenter mode. Presenter mode is accessed from the profile menu by clicking your avatar initials in the top right of the header.

Once you have toggled this mode on you will see a notification confirming you have entered ‘Presenter Mode’ and a green presenter icon indicating you are in a presenting session.

Now you will see that when navigating the following UI will be hidden. Access to the finance pages, the financial nav and section on content pages and fly-out and the budgets information in plans. If you enter presenter mode when you are viewing a financial page you will be redirected to the homepage. Presenter mode will persist until you turn it off, for example if you close the browser or tab and revisit Content Planner it will remain in presenter mode.
