Copying Content

You can copy a content record in its current state. To copy a content record you can do this from three places, the content page, the content fly-out and from the kebab menu in plan view.

When you click the ‘Copy’ content buttons a copy fly-out will be triggered.

First you have to select a Medium. A Content Name will be pre-populated with ‘(Copy)’ appended to the end. You can choose to change this name or leave it as is. Then you need to select the Brand and Market, Plan and Publish Date that you would like to copy this content to. If you choose a print plan the publish date will be auto-populated and read-only (the print plan publish date comes from the plan data and is read-only).

Once you have filled out the required fields the ‘Copy’ button will be enabled for you to click and proceed to create the copy. Once created you will be navigated to the copied content record.
