At the bottom left of the ‘Manage Contracts’ section when adding a contributor there is a button, ‘Request New Contract’, on click this reveals a selection of contract boilerplates (boilerplates are collections of standard provisions). When hovering over a boilerplate a ‘Request’ button will appear and you can click this to request that specific type of contract for your contributor and content.

When the contract has been created it will be available for selection against the contributor.
