Accessing Intake Portal

The main way you will be able to navigate to Intake Portal is via Content Planner. If you are shared a link to an Intake Portal Package then that will take you directly to Intake Portal.

If you are assigned to work on acquiring assets whether commissioned (e.g. media from a photographer or illustrator) or non-commissioned (existing media sourced from stock platforms or Condé Nast contracts) you will be listed in Content Planner against the content as either a Visuals Editor or a Visuals Researcher. Once you have found the content in Content Planner that you need to work on you will see an ‘Assets’ section below the commissioned and non-commissioned contributors.

The ‘View Package(s)’ button in the ‘Assets’ section will only be enabled if one or more contributors have been added in Content Planner.

Clicking the ‘View Package(s)’ button in the ‘Assets’ section will navigate you to the Intake Portal to the Packages Overview page.

If asset activity has already begun and media has already been acquired, you will see links directly to the individual folders in Intake Portal underneath the folder name in Content Planner.

Clicking the ‘View Folder’ link from Content Planner would take you to a package view like in the below example.

Please note that before going to Intake Portal by clicking the View Package button, User has to initialize the contributor by clicking the Initialize button in contributor card in Content Planner.
