The Packages Overview page displays the Content Name as the title e.g. ‘Photos of GEORGIAN HOUSES’. The ‘Assignment’ details are displayed on the left which are received from the content in Content Planner. These are read-only and are for reference.


The available details are:

  1. Editor: The assigned Editor/Owner of the content

  2. Visuals Editor: The person responsible for media sign-off, if a Visuals Editor is not assigned the Editor will usually do this

  3. Brand: Condé Nast Brand

  4. Market: Brands Market

  5. Network: Global, Local, Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific (where the content is intended to be distributed)

  6. Medium: Digital or Print

  7. Plan: The Edition (magazine issue) or Campaign (digital planning period/theme) the content is part of

  8. Publish Date: The contents intended publish date

Then on the right of the Packages Overview page you will see a list of packages, either Photo Shoots (commissioned) or Visuals Research (non-commissioned). These will reflect the assignments created in Content Planner for this story. Visuals Research packages will appear first then Photo Shoot packages after.
