For non-commissioned Visuals Research packages we display:

  1. Staff Name: The assigned Condé Nast staff member conducting the Visuals Research

  2. Final Artwork or Artist Clearance Due Date: When we need the media acquired by

  3. Notes: Any notes added in Content Planner that relate to the Visuals Research request

  4. Folders: Any Folders that are available for the package (currently for non-commissioned packages it will be a single ‘Hi-Res Media’ folder to upload sourced imagery to and assign contracts)

  5. Open Package Button: The only CTA on a package which directs you to the folder views and media
