Acquiring Commissioned Media

When you have assigned a commissioned contributor in Content Planner, you will need to access the package in Intake Portal and either request Lo-Res Media (that you can then review and order a selection of Hi-Res Media from) or you can request the Hi-Res Media only from the contributor. It is worth mentioning that you can always do the media uploads yourself for Lo-Res and Hi-Res if you need to e.g. a contributor has emailed a zip of the files or can’t access the Intake Portal upload links.

Essentially the goal here is to acquire media, Lo-Res and or Hi-Res and then the media will be exported automatically to Lucid Link for the design/art teams to use in their Indesign print layouts or for use in digital content. Alternatively download links to the media from each package can be shared via email from Intake Portal.
