To request Lo-Res Media navigate to your commissioned package (Photo Shoot) by clicking the blue ‘Open’ button.

You will be navigated to the empty folder view. The ‘Step Indicator’ title will say ‘Await Media Upload’, the step ‘circles’ will not be filled/complete and there is a blue ’Send Request’ button.

Clicking the ’Send Request’ button will trigger a modal where you can choose to request Lo-Res or Hi-Res Media and optionally enter some instructions that will be sent in the request email to the contributor, e.g. Please upload the portrait format media from the shoot only.

For this example we are focussing on requesting Lo-Res Media so we get the opportunity to review and select the media that we want to order the Hi-Res versions of.

Once you have written any instructions and clicked the blue ’Send’ button in the request modal you will see a success notification confirming that a request email has been sent to the contributor.
