Upload Hi-Res Media Link: A link that takes the user to Intake Portal where they can upload Hi-Res media
When the contributor clicks the link in the Hi-Res upload email they are navigated to Intake Portal where their primary goal is to upload Hi-Res versions of the media ordered and submit it back to Condé Nast.
The upload page displays the Content Name as the title e.g. ‘Photos of GEORGIAN HOUSES’. The ‘Assignment’ details are displayed on the left which are received from the content in Content Planner. These are read-only and are for reference.
The ‘Step Indicator’ is at the default ‘Add Media’ step. In the section called ‘Media Requested’ is a list of all the media orders that the contributor can use as reference and comparison when uploading the Hi-Res versions of the media. On the right there is a ‘Add Media’ marquee where the contributor can either click the ‘Add Media’ button and select media from their file system or alternatively the contributor can drag media from their file system directly into the ‘Add Media’ marquee to start the upload process.
After adding files to upload a modal will appear to review and confirm the upload. The contributor can edit their ‘Credit’ information in bulk by editing it in any asset tile, by default it is the full name of the contributor that is held in the Condé Nast database. Media can be deleted on an individual basis or the upload can be cancelled entirely at this point.
After clicking the blue ‘Upload’ button in the modal the contributor will be returned to the ‘Add Media’ screen where they can cross reference and check their upload on the right against the ‘Requested Media’ on the left.
If they have missed any media they can repeat the upload process and if they have added media in error that they need to remove or need to update the ‘Credit’ information for they can click the blue ‘Edit Media’ link to delete or update the media.
