When the contributor submits a Hi-Res Media order the editor will receive an email (example below) containing a link to Intake Portal to review the supplied media.

When clicking the link in the email or navigating to the package via Content Planner, the editor will see Hi-Res Media populated inside the Hi-Res Media folder that the contributor uploaded for the order request.

Each media tile in the ‘Hi-Res Media’ folder displays a green tick icon to indicate that this is the final Hi-Res Media. From here the editor can place additional orders by adding more Lo-Res assets to the ‘Bag ‘and placing another order or to leave the package as is. When media is received in Intake Portal it is exported automatically to Lucid Link for the design/art teams to use in their Indesign print layouts or for use in digital content.
