When you are have uploaded Hi-Res Media from a non-commissioned source and assigned contracts to one or more media you will see the three dots icon (kebab menu) appear next to the content name title. Sharing from a non-commissioned package only shares media that has had a contract assigned.
If you want to share this media with other colleagues then click the 3 dots icon (kebab menu) to the right of the content name title and click the ‘Share’ action in the dropdown.
In the ‘Share Fly-out’ you will see options to:
Add Users: Search for users to assign and share the media with
Instructions: A text area for an optional message that is included in the email notification
Share Media: This is set to ‘Hi-Res’ (this only shares the media that has contracts assigned and has permission to be used)
Send Button: Once users have been added you have set the correct permissions click ‘Send’ to trigger an email to them with the ‘Share Link’
Shared With: This table lists all the existing users and the permission levels they have. To remove someone click the three dots icon (kebab menu) to the right of the user name and click the delete action on the dropdown.
Once you have clicked the 'Send' button the recipient will receive an email with a link to view the media.
