To request Hi-Res Media only navigate to your commissioned package (Photo Shoot) by clicking the blue ‘Open’ button.

You will be navigated to the empty folder view. The ‘Step Indicator’ title will say ‘Await Media Upload’, the step ‘circles’ will not be filled/complete and there is a blue ’Send Request’ button.

Clicking the ’Send Request’ button will trigger a modal where you can choose to request Lo-Res or Hi-Res Media and optionally enter some instructions that will be sent in the request email to the contributor, e.g. Please upload the portrait format media from the shoot only. For this example we are focussing on requesting Hi-Res Media only, this will bypass the Lo-Res, review and ordering steps. Click the Hi-Res radio button to select that option.

Once you have written any instructions and clicked the blue ’Send’ button in the request modal you will see a success notification confirming that a request email has been sent to the contributor.

When you choose to request Hi-Res Media only, Lo-Res Media folders will be removed as they will no longer be required for receiving Lo-Res Media. And only the ‘Hi-Res Media’ folder will be displayed awaiting media uploads from the contributor. Also the upload screen that the contributor will see for Hi-Res only requests will be different (we will cover that later).
