If you have sent an initial media request and need to send another one (this could be to remind the contributor to upload some media or to request more media to be uploaded) then you can do so by clicking the ‘Resend Request’ button in the ‘Step Indicator’.

If your initial request was for Lo-Res Media when you click the ‘Resend Request’ button the resend modal will give you the option to enter some instructions and click ‘Send’ to trigger the request email. If media has already been ordered you have the option to resend a request for ordered media (we will cover more on this later).

If your initial request was for Hi-Res Media when you click the ‘Resend Request’ button the resend modal will give you the option to enter some instructions and click ‘Send’ to trigger the request email.
