When you click the blue ‘Review & Order’ button in the ‘Step Indicator’ or click the yellow ‘Bag’ button you will be navigated to the ‘Bag’ page where you can review your selections and place your order. The ‘Step Indicator’ will now have progressed to the ‘Review & Order’ step.

You will see all the media you added to your bag in a table with the header ‘Ready to Order’ and the date the media was originally uploaded. There is a checkbox to remove media from your selection before you commit to placing an order, this is an opportunity to check the media and review your order. The media is broken down by the folders that they belong to. There is a back arrow next to the title ‘Bag’ that you can use to navigate back to your folders of the media page.

When you are happy with your selection, to place your order click the blue ‘Place Order’ button in the step indicator.

The ‘Step Indicator’ will now progress to the ‘Order Sent’ step. The media selection you just ordered will now appear in a table called ‘Ordered’ and a success notification will appear at the bottom of the page confirming that your order has been emailed to the contributor.

There is a ‘Resend Request’ button on the ‘Order’ table that allows you to resend an order request for that particular order to the contributor via email.

Once you have placed your order you can click the blue ‘Go to Folder(s)’ button to return to the media folders page and you will see an ‘Hourglass’ icon indicating ‘On Order’ on the media that you have ordered and a success notification at the top of the page confirming your order has been sent to the contributor. You can not reorder media that has previously been ordered.

Any subsequent orders you make will appear in separate order tables. We will cover this in the next page.
