Once they are happy with their uploads they can submit the upload back to Condé Nast editors by clicking the blue ‘Submit’ button in the ‘Step Indicator’.

This will trigger a confirmation modal to confirm submission and then a success notification will appear confirming the upload has been submitted to the ‘Editor’. Once media has been submitted it is no longer editable (credits can be changed by the editor and media can not be removed from that upload).

This will trigger an email to the editor notifying them that the Hi-Res Media has been supplied by the contributor with a link to view the Hi-Res Media in Intake Portal.

Upon clicking the ‘Submit’ button the ‘Step Indicator’ will progress to ‘Submit Assignment’ and a success notification will be displayed confirming that the Hi-Res Media has been sent to the editor.
