To view exported media click the ‘Hi-Res Media’ button at the top right of the page next to the ‘Bag’ button.

You will be navigated to the ‘Exported Media’ page that displays a list of all content that has been exported to Lucid Link with the original upload timestamp and the date exported timestamp.

If your design/art team are not currently using Lucid Link you can share a link via email to your design team for them to download the assets. To do this you can click the 3 dots (kebab menu) icon to the right of the content name in the header. This will display a dropdown with the action ‘Share’ that you can click to trigger the ‘Share Fly-out’.

In the ‘Share Fly-out’ you will see options to:

  1. Add Users: Search for users to assign and share the media with

  2. Instructions: A text area for an optional message that is included in the email notification

  3. Share Media: This is either ‘All’ (Lo-Res and Hi-Res Media) or ‘Ordered Media’ (this only shares the media that has been ordered, Lo-Res and Hi-Res)

  4. Send Button: Once users have been added you have set the correct permissions click ‘Send’ to trigger an email to them with the ‘Share Link’

  5. Shared With: This table lists all the existing users and the permission levels they have. To remove someone click the three dots icon (kebab menu) to the right of the user name and click the delete action on the dropdown.

Once you have shared this with your design team they will receive an email (example below) with a link to Intake Portal.

When the recipients of the Shared Page visit the link in the email they will see a restricted view as per the permission levels set by the editor.

If the user has been given download permissions they can download a ZIP of the media files by clicking the three dots icon (kebab menu) and selecting the ‘Download’ action. This will trigger an email to the user with a download link, upon clicking that link the ZIP of the media files will start downloading.
