Users can create and publish tables in Copilot using the tables button.

Tables can be added to all content types that have the Body Field in Copilot – for example, that includes: Articles, Galleries, Reviews, Recipes, and Info.

Please note: Tables cannot be added to Bundles or Tag Pages.

How do I create a table?

The tables button can be found by clicking on the + in the Body Field. See example below:

Then the toolbar will appear. The tables button is located on the toolbar. See below.

Then use the table creator to build a table. See below.

When the size of the table has been selected, a table will be added to the body field.

There are a few small buttons around the edge of the table, which have been highlighted above.

The table will also have a 'Header Row'. The Header Row is mandatory.

The Header Row has a slightly different colour to make it clear that it is different from the other rows.

The Header Row will always be positioned at the top of the table. The text within the Header Row will be bolded by default. See example below.

After the table has been created, it is still possible to add additional rows and columns to the table. See example below.

Text styling can be applied to text within a table's cells.

How will the table appear on the site?

See below desktop and mobile examples showing how the table will appear on the site.

On desktop and mobile, arrow icons will be located at the bottom of the table so users can horizontally scroll to see more columns.

The colouring and styling of the table will reflect the general styling of the brand's site.
