Using Accordions can be helpful when you want to hide large blocks of text until a user clicks to expand them. This can help to improve the overall layout and readability of your content.
Using the Accordion in Copilot
Look for the Accordion icon in the Copilot text editor toolbar. The icon is right in between the Block Quote and Pull Quote icons.
When you click on the Accordion icon, a collapsible panel will appear where you can enter a heading and body.
Heading - Customize the title that appears above the collapsed panel. This provides a hint to users about the content within the Accordion.
Body - Add the text that you want to include within the collapsed section of Accordion Panel. Here you can also embed articles, galleries, external links, products, buttons, slideshows, tables – and anything you regularly embed in the body field.
Once you have finished drafting the content, you can save and publish.

Important Notes
Accordions will appear in a collapsed state on the site by default. The Expand all/Collapse all buttons are for ease of work on Copilot only.
"Add Panel" option come in handy mainly for series of FAQs
You cannot embed an Accordion inside an Accordion.
A heading is mandatory to publish an Accordion.
You can add as many Accordion panels to a story as required.
You can also have blocks of text between Accordion panels.
You can use Accordions inside the following content types in Copilot: Article, Gallery, Review, Recipe and Info Page.
