Top navigation (AKA primary links) is the menu bar for each brand site on Verso. Here’s an example from Vogue:

On mobile viewports, the primary links navigation items on Verso get collapsed into a hamburger menu. When expanded, they look like this:

Additionally, top navigation is inclusive of an add-on called MegaMenu. Currently live on a handful of Condé Nast sites, MegaMenu is a drawer that expands out into different groupings of links, often nested underneath one another (more details here). Here’s an example from Condé Nast Traveler:
