Use a template

Updated over a week ago

A template is an easy way to get started with a form. If you're building a form and don't want to start from scratch, you can select one of our ready-made templates with built-in logic.

How to use form templates

You can choose to start with a template whenever you create a new form.

1. Log in to your account, and you’ll land in your Dashboard, click +Create Form button.

2. Now click Use Template.

3. Open a template to Preview and click Use this template to open it in your form editor.

4. Template will be added to your workspace, and you’ll be taken directly to the Create panel, where you can name the template and edit it.

The template theme will also be added to My themes under the Design button for that form.
