You can update your details using the Forsyth Barr Android or iOS mobile apps. Watch the video above to learn how or follow the instructions below.
Instructions for updating your email address:
After logging into the app, go to Profile then Your details
Tap on your email address then tap on Update email
Enter your new email address then tap on Confirm email
Check your inbox for a six digit verification code. Enter the code then tap Next
As a security check, you will be asked to use your biometric login or enter your password
You will see that your email address has been updated. We will also send you an email to your previous email address confirming the changes
Instructions for adding or updating your mobile number:
After logging into the app, go to Profile then Your details
Tap 'Add mobile number' or tap on your existing mobile number to update it then tap on Update mobile number
Enter your mobile number then tap on Confirm mobile number
A six digit verification code will be sent via text. Go back to the app, enter the code then tap Next
You will see that your mobile number has been added or updated.
