If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to set a new one:

1. Click Sign In

2. Click Forgotten Password?

3. Enter your email address in the box below

4. We will confirm that we have sent a password reset email to your email address

If you don't receive the password reset email within 10 minutes, ensure that the correct email address was used. Remember to check your spam or junk folder

5. Click the Reset Password button in the email

6. You will now be asked to set a new password and confirm it.

Please note: your password needs to be at least eight characters long and must include one uppercase letter, a number and a special character

7. Once confirmed, you will now be able to log in with your email address and new password
