How to update your address, phone number or email address

To update your address, phone number or email address, you will need to fill out a Client Change of Details form.

A scanned, signed copy of the form will be accepted when sent from your current registered email address to: clientmaintenance@forsythbarr.co.nz.

Alternatively, you can post your signed Client Change of Details form to:

It is important that your personal details are updated in our system against your investment account for verified identification.
