For some users, depending on your current web browser settings, you may find that the reports do not automatically open. This is because your browser is filtering pop-ups.
To open a report, you will need to "Allow pop-ups" for Forsyth Barr. (Please note: there is no risk in allowing this for our website.)
After completing this action once, your browser will automatically open reports from now on.
Below are instructions on how to "Allow pop-ups" depending on your browser:
Safari (macOS)
1. In the Safari app on your Mac, go to Website
2. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Websites
3. Click Pop-up Windows on the left. If this is not visible, please scroll down to the bottom
4. In the pop-up menu for the website, change Block and Notify to Allow for www.forsythbarr.co.nz
Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome
Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked
In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked (see image of icon below)
Click the link for the pop-up you want to see
To always see pop-ups or the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] Done
Firefox
Click Options in the top banner
Select "Allow pop-ups for www.forsythbarr.co.nz"
Microsoft Edge
In the Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions
Select Pop-ups and redirects
In Allow, click Add and type in www.forsythbarr.co.nz
