The following is what to expect if you are a new client or have recently requested to have your investment account set up with website access.

After completing the relevant forms with your Investment Adviser, a Forsyth Barr website account will be set up with your provided email.

  1. You will receive an email from Forsyth Barr Investment Services
    (no-reply@forsythbarr.co.nz) with the subject: Confirm your new account

  2. Please click the blue "Validate Email" button.

  3. This will take you to the website and ask you to set a unique password.

You will now be able to log in with your email and set a password.

Helpful tips

  1. It may take a few days to set you up as a Forsyth Barr client before you receive an email for your web account set up.

  2. Your password will need to be the minimum of 8 characters long and include, at least, one number and capital letter.
