Refunds are applicable if:

  • The product does not match the description.

Refunds are not granted if the product works as intended and matches its stated characteristics.

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email or live chat. Refund requests are processed within 72 hours, and the decision will be sent to you via email. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method used during the purchase.


Refunds for Accounts

Your purchase is eligible for a refund if:

  1. The account was compromised.

  2. The account was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.

  3. The login details provided are incorrect.*

  4. The account does not provide full access (e.g., you cannot change the email), unless otherwise stated in the product description or you are required to wait before changing it.

  5. The account does not match the description, provided you have not made any changes to it, such as:

    • Modifying login details.

    • Playing on the account.

    • Making purchases on or for the account.

    • Reselling the account.

* If the login details are incorrect, you must provide proof within 48 hours of receiving the account.


Refunds are not granted if:

  • The purchase was made by mistake, but the product was delivered as described.

  • You modified the account's login details.

  • You used the account (e.g., played on it or made purchases).

  • The account was banned due to your actions, such as:

    • Using bots or cheats.

    • Violating game rules or engaging in toxic behavior.

    • Contacting game developers.

  • Issues with the account are shared on external platforms rather than reported to Forterium.

  • The account was not purchased through Forterium.


Refund Policy for In-Game Items and Currency

Your purchase is eligible for a refund if:

  1. The order was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.

  2. The items or currency provided cause issues that impact your account.

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The items or currency were delivered as ordered.

  • The guaranteed delivery timeframe has not yet expired.

  • You provided incorrect account details, causing delivery issues.

  • Your account was banned due to your actions (e.g., RWT or violating game rules).


Refund Request Process

  1. Contact our support team to report the issue.

  2. We will investigate and make a decision within 72 hours.

  3. If approved, the funds will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used during the purchase.
